Virtual Walkin For Aerospace Valves - Design Enginers Interview Date: 29 th November 2025• Interview Time: 10:00am 5:00pm Video call link: https://meet.google.com/ruq-bkrt-jip Job Title : Design EngineerYears of Experience : 5 - 12 YearsLocation: Bangalore Skill: Catia V5/V6 or Solid Works Product : Aerospace valves Job Description: Design and model aerospace valves, associated components using CATIA V5/V6 or SolidWorks Perform tolerance stack-up analysis, GD&T, and ensure manufacturability of designs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, manufacturing, and quality engineering.Create and manage detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs.Conduct design reviews and support DFMEA and PFMEA activities.Ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as AS9100, DO-160, and MIL-STD.Support prototype development, testing, and validation of valve designs.Document design changes and maintain configuration control.Required Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related field.Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 or Solid Works including Part Design, Assembly Design, Drafting, and Surface Modelling.Experience with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and aerospace documentation standards.Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., ENOVIA, Teamcenter).Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
