Experteer Overview
In North London you will lead high-end residential projects from concept to delivery, leveraging strong Revit-led BIM to ensure design integrity and technical precision. You’ll coordinate with consultants, manage client communications, and contribute to planning submissions, with exposure to full project lifecycles across London. This hands-on role combines design leadership with rigorous technical delivery in a collaborative studio. You’ll shape detailed documentation and ensure quality across private schemes, supported by a culture of craftsmanship and BIM-enabled workflows.
Pay / Benefits
• Lead architectural projects through RIBA stages while preserving design intent
• Produce detailed Revit models and drawing packages for planning, tender and construction
• Coordinate with consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain project programme milestones
• Manage client communication to align expectations, design direction and deliverables
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications and construction information for site delivery
• Support planning submissions with design statements and presentation material
• Attend site meetings and conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance
Tasks
• ARB registered and qualified Architect
• 3+ years post-qualification experience in residential or high-end design
• Advanced Revit proficiency with coordinated BIM output
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Experience managing projects through multiple RIBA stages with clear design ownership
• Excellent communication for client interaction and consultant coordination
• Ability to manage deadlines and workload across multiple projects
