Private Bank is hiring for the below role at the Pune location
Position : Virtual Relationship Manager- ( VRM )
Salary : Up to 7 LPA
Age : up to 30 years
Location : Pune (Mangalwar Peth)
Benefits : No field work, No personal meetings, No late hours working, No customer-facing .
Nature of Job :
- Phone Banking/Financial advisory+ service over phone calls
- The model would be Tele based model where the customer is mapped to Tele RM, with complete ownership. The RM is one point contact for customers with the objective of Deepening and converting accounts to primary relationships; resolving Queries and Escalations.
Job Role :
- Handling portfolio of existing customers.
- Develops and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities
- Deepens relationships by sourcing family accounts
- Cross-sells bank products & builds penetration for remote banking channels like net/mobile banking
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- Maintains complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation to meet benchmark NPS.
Requirements :
- Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in Banking or NBFC Sales
- Experience in Tele-sales or relationship management in BFSI preferred.
- Excellent communication skills Verbal & Written
