Job Title: Reception Intake Specialist (Hindi-Speaking)
Location: Remote
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay: $4/hour + Performance Bonuses
Position Type: Full-Time

Language Requirement: Hindi fluency required (Gujarati or Punjabi a plus)
Equipment: You must provide your own computer, headset, and high-speed internet.

Your Role as Reception and Intake Specialist:
Be the first voice our clients hear—and the reason they feel at ease
Handle incoming calls and structured intake conversations (scripts and training provided)
Conduct 30-50 inbound and outbound calls per day.
Perform callbacks on leads/lead chasing.
Qualify leads, schedule consultations, and update our CRM (Lawmatics), ensuring it’s up to date.
Collaborate with the Intake and Sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
Administration duties
Balance empathy and efficiency with professionalism and care

Highly organized and self-motivated—no hand-holding needed
Experienced (3–5 years) in a fast-paced customer-facing role

Tech-savvy (you’ve worked with CRMs, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.)
