Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Direct Client Communication

Company: Line Accountancy

Location: Remote (Sunday to Friday, European Official Hours) Weekend availability may be required

Weekly Off: One day off per week

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month (₹2.64 – ₹3 Lac annually)

Probation Period: First 6 months (performance-based evaluation)

Bond Requirement: A mandatory 6-month service commitment (bond) is required upon hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars and coordinate appointments effectively.
Do extensive research work on the given task
Responsible for delivering the task on time every time.
Organize meetings, calls, events, and handle end-to-end logistics.
Prepare reports, edit presentations, and manage executive correspondence.
Book travel, track expenses, and manage itineraries.
Monitor and prioritize emails for timely action and follow-up.
Conduct well-researched product or service reviews as needed.
Offer executive-level personal and concierge assistance as requested.
Required Qualifications

Professional degree preferred: MBA, BBA, BA in Communications, or related field.
Must have graduated from an English-medium institution.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar client-facing support role.
Prior experience working with UK, US, or other international clients is strongly preferred.
Must have no gaps in employment history.
Strong command of English—both spoken and written.
Must be serious about long-term career growth and committed to high-quality service.
