Overview:
Bryant Dental is looking for passionate, result-driven, and customer-focused Virtual Franchisee Sales Specialists to play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence globally. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted name in the dental industry and make a significant impact in markets around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on Bryant Dental's product range, including ergonomic loupes (2.+x, 3.8x, 5.7x, 7.2x, and 8.8x magnification headlight systems (wired and wireless), and dental accessories.

Sales and Marketing: Execute sales strategies, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and build long-lasting relationships with dental professionals worldwide. Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research globally, including competitor analysis, pricing trends, market demand, and local regulations. Identify growth opportunities and challenges in various markets.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sale support, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Territory Management: Manage and expand your sales territory effectively, identifying potential partners or distributors and optimizing distribution channels in various regions.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and market insights. Provide regular reports and updates to the Bryant Dental team.

Training: Continuously update product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training provided by Bryant Dental.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical or dental equipment industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for customer service.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Access to a reliable internet connection and necessary technology.
