Providing customer service by becoming the first point of contact.
Scheduling meetings and organising travel and accommodations for the companies.
Managing the contact lists of the customers or clients.
Organising the manager’s calendars.
Making and reviewing spreadsheets and maintaining online records.
Preparing presentations for the managers.
Conducting market research and reporting the results.
Helping out employees with administrative queries.
Responding to emails and calls from customers.
Creating content or blog post for the company’s social media channels.
Issuing the invoices to the clients.
