We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who can keep our operations running smoothly and support our leadership team with day-to-day tasks.\nAs our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the organizational backbone of the business. You’ll make sure nothing slips through the cracks, while supporting the founders and other team members with communication, planning, and coordination tasks.\nAssist with project coordination and task tracking.\nSupport recruitment, sales, and marketing tasks (e.g. LinkedIn, CRM updates).\nHandle light bookkeeping or invoicing tasks.\nA strong communicator in English (Dutch or German is a plus).\nTech-savvy — you know your way around tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and HubSpot (or similar).\nComfortable working remotely and independently.\nA remote-first, flexible work workplace.\nLong-term collaboration and room to grow.
