Coldwell Banker Realty is seeking a full-time VIP Marketing Specialist to support operations in the West region. This role focuses on enhancing the recruitment and affiliation experience for top-producing VIP real estate agents by developing, coordinating, and executing customized marketing strategies and materials. The VIP Marketing Specialist ensures consistent branding across all channels while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service and brand standards.

Role Responsibilities:
- Working with branch managers and leadership to identify VIP agents who need strategic marketing and brand support from before affiliation and through the onboarding process.
- Preparing personalized presentations as requested for VIP agents and participating in the recruiting meeting with the branch manager and/or leadership team.
- Consulting and brainstorming creative concepts with VIP agents to execute personal marketing strategies to enhance their business while showcasing our core values and leveraging company resources.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to ensure cohesive branding and execution of VIP agent marketing strategies and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Utilize project management and tracking software to organize tasks, set deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of marketing projects.
- Act as a liaison providing applicable agent-approved marketing assets to external vendors for print or advertising services.
- Providing issue resolution and one-on-one assistance for VIP agents as needed.
- Collaborating with local office staff, regional marketing, and onboarding teams for newly affiliated VIP agents to ensure a seamless affiliation experience and communicating any relevant challenges or opportunities throughout the process to local leadership.
- Staying on top of quality issues, rules, industry regulations, and protocols related to marketing, such as acceptable Fair Housing language; national, state, and local Association of REALTORS® requirements; MLS, and all Coldwell Banker identity standards.
- Attending and participating in regional marketing meetings and/or training sessions.
