Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative arnd technically sound Videographer / Video Editor who will assist in planning.Shooting, and editing video content across brand campaigns, documentaries, and digital platforms. The rolerequires someone who is comfortable working on set as well as in post-production, with a strong eye for storytelling.Composition, and pacing. This position will work closely with the Creative Director and production team to executehigh-quality visual content.Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Set / ProductionAssist in video shoots including setup, camera operation, lighting, and sOundOperate cameras, gimbals, and basic lighting equipmentSupport the lead videographer/director during shootsEnsure proper handling, maintenance, and organization of equipmentCoordinate with team members on shoot days for smooth executionPost-ProductionEdit videos for brand campaigns, social media, documentaries, and digital platformsWork on basic color correction, sound sync, and exportsOrganize footage, maintain backups, and manage project filesAdapt edits based on creative feedback and timelinesCreative SupportAssist in shot planning and executionStay updated with current video trends and formats (reels, short-form, long-form)Contribute ideas for visual storytelling and transitionsRequired Skills & Qualifications1-3 years of experience in videography and video editingProficiency in DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro Miat haveBasic understanding of camera systems, lenses, framing, and lightingKnowledge of sound recording basicsAbility to work under tight timelines and on multiple projectsWillingness to travel for shoots when requiredPreferred QualificationsWillingness to learn and grow creativelyProblem-solving mindset on setGood communication and teamwork skillsStrong attention to detailSoft SkillsUnderstanding of social media video formatsBasic color grading and sound design skillsFamiliarity with gimbals, drones, or multi-camera setupsExperience with documentary or brand storytelling
