Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to own the complete design experience across Product.ai's consumer-facing platforms. This role offers end-to-end ownership of product strategy, design systems, user experience, interaction design, and visual execution while collaborating directly with the Founder and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end product design process from strategy to final implementation.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that powers AI-generated user interfaces.
• Create intuitive user experiences across Web, Mobile, Browser Extension, and Chat platforms.
• Design interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components.
• Define visual standards and component libraries for engineering teams.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder to translate product vision into user experiences.
• Lead design reviews before engineering implementation.
• Drive consistency across multiple digital platforms.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate design exploration and prototype generation.
• Validate design decisions through usability testing and real-world feedback.
• Continuously improve product usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Ensure every shipped experience meets high standards of trust, clarity, and usability.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer products.
• Experience designing for at least two platforms (Web, Mobile, Browser Extension, or Chat Applications).
• Proven experience building scalable design systems from scratch.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is highly preferred.
