Full job description
We’re looking for a full-time Video Editor / Creative Content Creator with a strong understanding of what’s trending in the social media environment. You will work directly with the project management and social media team to conceptualize and deliver content to social media platforms for clients.

The ideal candidate is an imaginative content creator and strong collaborator. Applicants should have a solid background in video production with an emphasis on editing, color correction, and sound mixing. Prior experience in marketing/advertising is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work closely with our team to brainstorm and script social media video content, drawing on client needs and input where possible
Work independently, as well as part of a team
Be agile and willing to revise and improve content on an ongoing basis
Communicate effectively and efficiently between stakeholders in a larger creative process
Engage in creative problem solving and evaluate video performance analytics
Qualifications

Videography: 3 years (Preferred)
Video Editing: 3 years (Required)
Portfolio and/or video reel required
Must have strong VIDEO EDITING skills with samples of past work
Proficient in Full Adobe Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop
Illustrator and Audition skills are a plus
Ability to edit and post from rough cut to final deliverable
A strong sense of pace and timing, a knowledge of the best ways to grab viewers, and a sense of how to connect with audiences in as little time as possible
Have your finger on the pulse of what’s trending in the social space, and respond to changes in the landscape by proposing new ideas and creative solutions
Must be dependable, motivated, hard-working, ethical, and able to handle a variety of projects with ease and skill
Must be a great problem-solver and technically proficient
A good communicator, organized and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
