Job Description
AW MEDIA manages multiple YouTube channels with 500,000+ subscribers and 100M+ views, creating content for audiences across the US, UK, Europe, and India. We're looking for a creative Video Editor to join our team and work on high-quality long-form YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, and social media content across travel, automotive, geography, and other niches.
What You'll Do
• Edit high-quality YouTube videos (long-form & Shorts) and Instagram Reels.
• Create engaging, fast-paced edits using Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, maps, titles, animations, and sound design to maximize viewer retention.
• Collaborate with our writers, voice-over artists, and creative team to produce premium-quality content.
• Stay updated with YouTube trends, editing styles, AI tools, and audience retention techniques.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Understanding of YouTube storytelling, pacing, retention, and motion graphics.
• Experience editing documentary, explainer, or faceless YouTube content is preferred.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
