Job Summary:
As a Video Editor Intern at Traction Shastra, you will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished video content. You will collaborate closely with the content team to bring creative visions to life. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for creating engaging videos for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit raw video footage into final, polished videos suitable for online and offline use.
Collaborate with the content team to understand project goals and creative direction.
Create video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing platforms.
Add graphics, effects, sound, and music to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of videos.
Maintain and organize a library of video footage, assets, and completed projects.
Ensure all video content meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software, trends, and techniques.
Review and revise videos based on feedback from team members and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Video Editing, Film Production, Motion Graphics, or related fields from a recognized design institute.
Completion of certified courses in professional video editing tools and techniques, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video content.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions.
Experience with audio editing and color correction is a plus.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A creative eye and attention to detail.
