Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Oversee the closing of financial books and preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
Oversee the FA team (if applicable) and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.
Manage cash flow and maintain healthy relationships with banks.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA-Inter CA preferred).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a finance and accounting role.
Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in accounting software Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management and organizational skills.
Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and financial analysis techniques.
Working knowledge of relevant financial regulations and tax laws.
Additional Desirable Skills Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
Knowledge of internal controls frameworks.
Experience with financial modelling tools (e.g., Excel).
Experience in a supervisory role (if applicable).
