We explore real stories, actionable insights, and thought leadership. As we scale our reach, we’re looking for a video editor who can translate this depth into polished, professional content.
Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented video editor who can manage full-length podcast video editing from raw footage to final output. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling long-form video content, understands narrative flow, and has an eye for visual clarity and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit full-length podcast episodes (30–60 minutes) for YouTube and other platforms
• Add intro/outro segments, speaker tags, transitions, lower thirds, and captions
• Perform basic color correction and audio balancing
• Collaborate with the content and brand teams to maintain consistency in visual style
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos for social media distribution
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality output
Requirements
• Proven experience editing long-form content, preferably podcasts or interviews
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of pacing, framing, and sound design in conversational formats
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple edits in a structured timeline
• Motion graphics or animation experience is a plus
• Strong communication and file management skills
