As a Video Content Creator & Junior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to transform business requirements into seamless user experiences that align with customer needs and business goals. You will own the complete design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff—while ensuring consistency across Alphavima's products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve user experience.
• Design responsive interfaces that provide a seamless experience across devices.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and overall visual design.
User Experience
• Understand business requirements and convert them into user-centered design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Improve user journeys by identifying usability issues and recommending enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design patterns, and industry best practices.
Graphic and Web Design
• Create graphics, banners, landing pages, website layouts, email templates, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Design visual assets for product pages, campaigns, blogs, and digital advertisements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
• Optimize visual content for web performance and different screen sizes.
• Ensure all designs follow the company’s brand guidelines.
Social Media Design
• Create engaging posts, carousels, infographics, stories, advertisements, and campaign creatives for social media platforms.
• Adapt designs for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media content.
• Support the marketing team with campaign concepts and creative ideas.
Video Creation and Editing
• Plan, record, edit, and produce videos for social media, websites, product demonstrations, advertisements, events, and internal communication.
• Create short-form videos, promotional videos, explainer videos, reels, customer testimonials, and corporate videos.
• Add animations, transitions, subtitles, voiceovers, music, graphics, and visual effects.
• Edit raw footage and convert it into clear and engaging content.
• Resize and optimize videos for different platforms and formats.
• Maintain an organized library of video footage, templates, music, and other creative assets.
Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and sprint planning.
• Provide design specifications and assets to the development team for implementation.
• Review implemented designs to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
