We have a significant presence in the Americas, Europe, Emerging Markets (ex-Asia) and Asia Pacific.Job DescriptionCollaborate with teams to create and deliver solutions that bring to bear the full breadth of the bank's capabilities - including strategic mergers and acquisitions advice, equity and debt capital markets, leveraged finance and structured products. Train and mentor junior bankers (Associates and Analysts) as they develop core investment banking skill sets.Expect to participate in client pitches, attend client meetings, lead execution on live transactions ensuring timetables are met, deliverables are executed properly and internal processes are covered.Generate ideas and opportunities for new and existing clients through in-depth research, financial modeling and industry analysis.Prepare and help deliver client presentations to generate deal flow and build your client network and experience Learn from, and work with, teams consisting of professionals drawn from across the business, including senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm and colleagues from around the globe.The position will be based in MumbaiRequirementsBachelor Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Law or other relevant areaSuperior financial analysis / financial modelling skills (DCF)Detailed oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skillsAt least 5-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, valuation, M&A or Corporate Finance experienceIf applicable, experience working at the Vice President level within an established investment bankAbility to train and develop Associates and AnalystsExcellent in communication and proficient in English Ability to interact with C-Level ExecutivesBank of America is an equal opportunities employer
