Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President Human Resources, based in Noida. The VP Human Resources will lead strategic initiatives in human capital management, oversee the implementation of HR policies, foster positive employee relations, design robust employee benefits programs, and ensure seamless operations of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role includes talent acquisition, leadership development, workforce planning, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to foster a thriving work environment.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, including workforce planning and talent acquisition
• Experience in designing and implementing HR Policies aligned with organizational objectives
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits programs and their administration
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data-driven HR decision-making
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in FMCG or agriculture sectors is a strong advantage
