Juice Runna Goodness Bar is looking for a passionate and driven Venue Leader to take ownership of daily operations and help us continue delivering fresh, vibrant experiences to our customers.
About the Role
As Venue Leader, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the venue, leading the team from the front while ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and strong financial performance.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching people, creating positive culture, and driving business growth in a health-focused hospitality environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
Managing daily venue operations and customer experience
Recruiting, training, and onboarding team members
Driving sales, productivity, and profitability targets
Managing rostering, labour costs, and inventory controls
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
Creating a positive workplace culture built on accountability and teamwork
Building strong relationships with customers and the local community
Identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and sales
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, café, or quick-service restaurant leadership
Proven ability to lead and develop teams
Strong communication and organisational skills
Commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance metrics
A hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the team
Passion for health, wellness, and customer service
Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
