Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals to achieve revenue targets.
· Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
· Set clear sales objectives, targets, and performance metrics for the sales team.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
· Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they are motivated to achieve their targets.
· Provide coaching and guidance to the team, conducting regular performance reviews and offering constructive feedback.
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
3. Business Development:
· Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, dealerships, and distributors to expand the company's market presence.
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies for new product launches and promotions.
4. Sales Operations:
· Monitor the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in CRM systems.
· Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
· Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
· Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
6. Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
· Monitor expenses and sales-related costs to maintain profitability.
7. Strategic Partnerships:
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, dealers, suppliers, and other industry partners.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales-related software.
- In-depth knowledge of the automobile industry, including market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹130,303.76 - ₹453,5+1.82 per year
