Job Purpose Statement:
You will lead the end-to-end mechanical integration of all emerging mobility in NOVUS platforms. In this role, you will manage the interface between complex mechanical and EV subsystems to ensure precise fit, finish, and tolerance stack-up. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee vehicle development from the initial layout through to production readiness for Alpha and Beta builds. You will ensure that every component meets performance, safety, and regulatory benchmarks while optimizing for (DFM) and (DFA).
As a core member of the Novus team, you will contribute to multiple projects and support various other activities essential to the successful development of the vehicle.
