Job Description:

Position: Utility Head

Location: Sachin- Surat

Experience: 15- 20 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities
• Controlling and Maintaining Schedule of checklist of: (Chilling Plant, Boiler, Thermotank, Compressor, Cooling tower, RO plant)
• Chilling Plant of All Units (GAS, Oil level, AMC etc.)
• AMC Coordination with utilities with its applicability and Its paperwork.
• Identifying new and safe process of periodic checklist.
• Arrange periodic checking of documents of AMC.
• Make awareness in the team regarding Maximum utilisation of capacity.
• Establish Easy going process stage within schedule.
• Promote Recognition to efforts for achieving betterment in Process
• Chilling Plants:
• GAS, Oil level, & AMC Paper work.
• Boiler:
• IBR testing, Feeding pump, Water Quality blow down, Pressure, PRV Chimney temperature, Burner, Coal feeding, System Economizer, Blower, Dust collector,
• Thermotank:
• Burner, Oil Quality, Oil testing, Oil mark-up, pump alignment.
• Compressor: Schedule checklist.
• Cooling tower: Maintaining capacity.
• RO Plant: smoothly Operation.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential AMC of different client to meet company’s requirements with
• Achieve maximum utilised capacity.
• Reduce breakdown of equipment by periodic check
• Plan and coordinate all Installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments

Required Skills:
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

QUALIFICATION :- BE/B.Tech- Mechanical

CTC :- Upto 20.00 LPA
