Having a portfolio of diverse skincare and hair care products, the brand retails through its own website, along with e-commerce giants like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, and numerous other marketplaces. We are currently offering multiple products ranging from serums, toners, face acids and moisturizers that are well researched, backed by proven science, safe, effective, mindfully created, and suited for all skin types.
Started by Rahul Yadav (Chemical Engg, 2008, IIT Roorkee) & Mohit Yadav (Chartered Accountant, Gold Medalist). Minimalist is owned by Uprising Science Pvt Ltd, a company headquartered in Jaipur (Rajasthan) and is funded by esteemed Sequoia Capital.
Job Role:
In-charge for plant maintenance. Responsible for mechanical , electrical ,utilities instrumentation & power plant, responsible for preventive maintenance . & break-down of utilities, electrical equipment, ensure nonstop supply of utilities & electricity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and execution of maintenance activities.
• Co- ordination with all departments pertaining to maintenance activity.
• Review utility consumption reports on a daily / monthly basis.
• Ensure calibration of instruments as per the plan and test certificates.
• Approve the Indent of spare accessories.
• Monitoring of maintenance as per schedule at urgency without hampering quality production of product.
• To ensure smooth functioning of the water system, HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, ETP, Utility implementation of it.
• AMC for the different equipment from outside with proper documentation.
• Provide specific job training to the concerned personnel within the factory.
• Maintain cGMP in the department and its related documentation.
• To ensure the discipline within the department.
• Ensure All types of work with proper safety.
• Review of SOPs.
• Review and maintain compliances.
• Safety Awareness.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: BE/B.Tech from Mechanical/Electrical Background
Experience: 10-12 Years of Maintenance experience required
