Title: UX Mixed Method Researcher
Location: Gurgaon (Preferred) Noida (Open for strong candidates)
Employment Type: C2H
Experience: 5–7 Years
Role:
We're looking for a UX Mixed Method Researcher who can drive both qualitative and quantitative research to shape meaningful user experiences.
This role involves working closely with design, product, and engineering teams to uncover insights, validate ideas, and influence product decisions through data-driven research.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute end-to-end UX research (qualitative & quantitative)
• Conduct studies like usability testing, interviews, surveys, A/B tests, card sorting, contextual inquiries
• Translate insights into actionable design and product recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user-centered design decisions
• Define and track KPIs / research metrics to measure impact
• Facilitate workshops using design thinking methodologies
• Present findings through clear reports and storytelling
Required Skills:
• 5–7 years of hands-on UX Research experience
• Strong expertise in both qualitative & quantitative methodologies
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to leverage AI in research (study design, analysis, surveys)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setup
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with tools like Qualtrics, Adobe Analytics, Glassbox, Optimal Workshop
• Understanding of UX design principles, accessibility, and design systems
• Strong storytelling and insight presentation skills
