Job Description
Scrapio Auto operates a government-authorised vehicle scrapping facility where end-of-life vehicles are depolluted and dismantled. Every vehicle yields reusable parts — engines, gearboxes, panels, electricals, suspension assemblies — which are inspected, graded, and sold into the local repair market.
We are hiring a Used Auto Parts Sales Executive to build and own our garage, workshop, and mechanic network, and to convert recovered parts into consistent sales. This is a hands-on, market-facing role for someone who can look at a part, know what it fits, and know what it is worth.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage a working network of garages, workshops, mechanics, body shops, and spare parts dealers across Jaipur and key Rajasthan markets
• Generate demand for used and recovered parts — engines, gearboxes, panels, doors, lights, ECUs, suspension, radiators, alloys, and assemblies
• Value and price recovered parts based on make/model, condition, remaining usable life, and current market demand
• Coordinate with the dismantling and parts-handling teams to identify high-value parts before cutting and ensure they are recovered intact
• Maintain and update the parts price list; negotiate deals, close orders, and follow up on dispatch and payment recovery
• Feed market demand back to the procurement team — which models, variants, and parts are moving, so vehicle acquisition can be targeted accordingly
• Maintain accurate sales records, invoicing, and dispatch documentation as per compliance requirements
• Track competitor pricing in the local used-parts market and flag pricing gaps
Required Skills & Experience
• Mandatory: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in used auto parts, spare parts sales, vehicle dismantling, or garage/workshop supply. This is a hard requirement.
• Strong practical knowledge of vehicle parts across Indian passenger car and commercial vehicle makes and models — identification, interchangeability, and application
• Ability to independently assess part condition and arrive at a fair market value
• Existing relationships with garages, mechanics, or parts dealers in Jaipur/Rajasthan will be a strong advantage
• Comfortable working on the shop floor and in the field — this is not a desk role
• Fluent in Hindi; working English for documentation
• Two-wheeler/four-wheeler licence and willingness to travel locally
• Basic Excel and WhatsApp-based coordination
