The Tech Talent Recruitment team partners with Walmart Global Tech to attract and hire skilled technology professionals who drive innovation across the enterprise. Supporting areas such as Corporate Technology, Tech Strategy, and Global Tech Platform, the team builds high-impact groups that enable business transformation and operational excellence. Through strategic talent acquisition and stakeholder collaboration, the team connects exceptional candidates with opportunities to contribute to scalable technology solutions. This approach advances Walmart’s global technology ecosystem while continuously enhancing recruitment processes to meet evolving business needs.
What you'll do:
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation competitiveness, and time-to-fill trade-offs using market data and pipeline analytics.
• Develop and adjust hiring strategies aligned with business priorities, sourcing investments, and timeline targets.
• Design targeted sourcing approaches for critical skill sets and build segmented candidate pipelines using CRM automation.
• Partner with hiring leaders to refine interview frameworks, improve evaluation consistency, and facilitate calibration discussions.
• Monitor candidate experience and engagement, identifying and addressing process gaps to maintain interest throughout hiring cycles.
