$192,000 - $384,000 a year
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of revenue operations professionals, including Revenue Operations Scaled Services (offshore / nearshore teams), Enablement & Support (ticket-based service operations), Technical Operations (incubation and solutions), Program Management (strategic programs and launch readiness), Process Mining & Efficiency (internal tools and product prioritization), Revenue Cycle Management (billing operations), and Trust and Safety Operations (Ad Policy Ops, Data Stewardship, Risk Ops).
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overarching strategy for the revenue operations department to align with company revenue, growth, and efficiency objectives.
Alignment: Break down silos between departments to ensure a cohesive customer / advertiser journey.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement robust quality assurance (QA) systems, troubleshooting procedures, and automation tools.
Efficiency: Design, implement, and optimize processes and systems to reduce friction and improve productivity.Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred.
Advanced experience implementing AI automation and location-based strategies to augment highly scaled operational workflows.
Deep structural understanding of programmatic media and complex ad serving systems.
Proven capability to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
