We are hiring for our BPO Client HCL technology for US voice process. Both freshers and experience can apply.

Handle customer queries (email, phone, etc)

Understand user requirement and address it

Adhere to Content guidelines and provide high levels of customer happiness.

Identify potential issues and raise it with the concerned team

Handle customer feedback and improve CSAT.

Interacting with users on various channels (email, SM, PS, etc.) and resolving their queries.

Experience/Skills Required:

Good communication is required in English.

Must be customer centric

Willing to work in night shift.

Sal 1.8 lpa to 2.5 lpa

5 days working and 2 days rotational off

Must be hard-working, flexible, independent and self-motivated.
