Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Non-IT Recruiter with expertise in sourcing and recruiting candidates across various industries within the USA. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS) and other sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Recruiting:
• Identify and attract top talent for roles in Finance, Manufacturing, Defense, Legal, Semiconductor, Oil & Gas, and Packaging industries.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS) and other tools to source passive candidates effectively.
Candidate Screening & Engagement:
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through continuous engagement.
Market Research & Talent Mapping:
• Conduct market research to identify talent pools and develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Create detailed reports on market trends and competitor analysis.
Data Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for Non-IT roles within the USA.
• Strong knowledge of industries such as Finance, Manufacturing, Defense, Legal, Semiconductor, Oil & Gas, and Packaging.
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS) and other professional networking platforms.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like Indeed, Monster, and niche job boards.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a passion for recruiting excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and compliance requirements.
