US Staffing (Remote) Work from Home

US Technical Recruiter (Not an HR role)

Please Note: This is a US Shift Role (Working Hours: 7:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST).

We are seeking to hire Recruiters with US Staffing experience at various levels:

· Recruiter (1-3 Years)

· Junior Recruiter (0.5 to 1 year)

LOCATION- Remote

NIGHT SHIFT- 7.30PM to 5.30AM

REQUIREMENT- Own Laptop

JOB TYPE- Full Time

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

· Relevant experience working IT and Non-IT (Mainly Engineering) requirements in the US market.

· Good experience supporting MSP/ VMS clients.

· Good to excellent understanding of US Tax Terms.

· Ability to understand requirements and form search strings.

· Understanding of Boolean searches.

· Experience working with ATS.
