Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in W2 hiring and experience working with Implementation Partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent sourcing skills, strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions (requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, negotiation, and onboarding).
Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals.
Strong focus on W2 recruitment – identifying, evaluating, and closing candidates on W2.
Work closely with Implementation Partners and Tier-1 Vendors to submit qualified candidates.
Negotiate rates, salaries, and contract terms with candidates and vendors.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and client requirements.
Requirements:
2–5+ years of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter.
Strong hands-on experience with W2 hiring (must-have).
Experience working with Implementation Partners/Tier-1 Vendors.
Knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Experience with ATS tools is a plus.
