We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Recruiter to join our growing team and support hiring for our Full-Time Implementation Partners across Engineering and Manufacturing clients.
Looking for Immediate Joiners
Position: US IT Recruiter – Engineering & Manufacturing
Experience: 2–6 Years
Location: Noida - Onsite
Shift: US Shift (7 PM - 4 AM IST)
Key Requirements:
✔ 2–6 years of recruitment experience in US Staffing
✔ Proven experience working on Engineering and Manufacturing requirements
✔ Strong understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing skill sets
✔ Experience working with Full-Time Implementation Partners
✔ Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking
✔ Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
