Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Must have working experience in US Staffing HR recruitment process (Inhouse Hiring) specifically for bench sales hiring (CPT/OPT), W2/OPT Recruiters
- Coordination and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
- Good communication skill
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Efficiently and effectively fill organization internal open positions
- Recruitment (Sourcing, screening)
- Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
- Assist management in hiring, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have experience as IT recruiter
Possess good interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation Skills
Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.
Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements.
Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Fresher with very good communication skills can also apply.
