Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific experience in using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Netsuite. This is an individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Maintain accurate financial records and streamline accounting processes using QBO.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
• Handle tax filings and ensure timely payment of all taxes.
• Provide financial reports and analysis to management as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Netsuite is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
