Urgently Looking for Database Administrator

Maintaining the database server software, using utilities such as pg_ctl or psql to restart services or manually restarting them if necessary

Monitoring database performance to identify slowdowns or potential issues

Managing users and permissions, including adding new users and removing inactive accounts

Managing disaster recovery procedures to ensure that data is safe in case of a physical disaster such as fire or flood

Creating database objects such as tables, views, triggers, and indexes

Maintaining the database schema, including creating new tables, adding columns to existing tables, and deleting unnecessary tables and data

Performing regular database backups to ensure data integrity in case of a server crash

Monitoring network security to ensure that unauthorized users cannot access the database server

Performing regular scheduled maintenance on the database server, such as vacuum analysis on large tables to remove obsolete data

Install, monitor, and maintain PostgreSQL ,MySQL. Mongo DB databases , implement monitoring and alerting, implement backup and recovery processes, provide system and SQL performance tuning and assist in business process integration with various data sources.

Fulfills user requests ranging from access control, backup, restore, refresh to non-production to performance tuning.

Provides online & on call coverage for production support

Creation and Maintenance of Database Instances & Performance fine tuning

Good experience in Replication, Log shipping, Clustering

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
