Responsibilities
- ·Create strategies for driving sales across targeted segments and districts.- Visit clients on ground and ensure the execution of agreed strategies.- Develop and implement strategies to increase penetration across key territories.- Actively track the activities and performance of the sales team along with keeping a course of various key sales metrics like revenue achievements, daily input goals, etc. from each region.- Travel across the territory work closely with the Sales teams to ensure retention acquisition goals are met
Desired Qualification
· 10+ years of experience in handling end to end sales cycle. Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling pharma sales.
· Experience in Ayurveda will be preferred.
· Aggressive in approach self-starter self-motivated.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
