URGENT HIRING – Substitute Early Childhood Educators
Happy Hub Daycare is looking for reliable, caring, and enthusiastic Substitute Early Childhood Educators to join our team!

Position
Substitute Early Childhood Educator (Casual/On-Call)
Location:
Red Deer County, Alberta
Responsibilities
Provide a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children.
Support classroom routines and daily activities.
Assist permanent educators as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized learning environment.
Follow Alberta licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and daycare policies.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Qualifications
Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 preferred).
Current First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
Dependable, flexible, and able to work on short notice.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
