We are urgently hiring for a IT Based Company - Immediate Joiners (Preferred).
Position :- ServiceNow Developer - HRSD
Location:- Pune/Mumbai (Hybrid)
Experince :- 4+ Years
Working Days :- 5 Days
Job Description :-
• Need a ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions over end to end green field implementation lifecycle
• Candidate should have experience about years Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with experience on Development on ITSM and Integrations using ServiceNow.
• Having an experience in ServiceNow implementations and support. Experience in ServiceNow including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations.
• Must have good programming skills (JavaScript a must) Extensive development experience knowledge on all ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, Change, Knowledge, Asset, CMDB System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP. Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration and other applications. Desired experience in scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell Very Good Experience working with relational databases.
• Excellent communication skills & customer engagement Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience working & configuring Virtual Agent & Performance Analytics
• CSA certification is must CIS certifications is an added advantage
