Job Description
Teleperformance (TP) is a French multinational leader in digitally integrated business services, specializing in customer experience management and business process outsourcing across more than 100 countries.
Role & responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, and account issues.
• Provide accurate information while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Identify customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions within the defined TAT.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team whenever required.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
• Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and data security standards.
Eligibility:
• Undergraduate (with 6 months of experience) or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Salary:
• CTC: 3.84 LPA
Shift:
• Rotational shifts.
• 5-days working with rotational week-offs.
Benefits:
• Cab facility within a 30 km radius.
• Guesthouse accommodation for up to 14 nights for eligible outstation candidates.
• 10,000 relocation bonus for eligible outstation candidates after successful completion of 3 months.
