Location: All Over Mumbai.
Salary: 18,000 to 30,000 + Attractive Incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
• Arrange and conduct test drives.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Generate new sales leads through referrals and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for vehicle bookings.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
• Graduate or HSC (Graduate preferred).
• 13 years of experience in automobile sales, car showroom sales, or retail sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
