Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bank branch, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations. The role involves leading and developing a team, driving branch growth, and representing the bank in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage branch staff to meet performance goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer base and deposits.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor daily branch activities, including operations, customer service, and cash handling.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local business community.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to branch performance.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
