Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Time Office Management
 Maintain employee attendance records through biometric/manual
systems.
 Monitor shift timings, overtime, extra hours, and leave records.
 Prepare daily and monthly attendance reports.
 Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs.
 Ensure statutory compliance related to working hours, weekly offs,
and overtime.
 Handle gate pass management and manpower movement records.
 Verify contractor attendance and reconcile manpower data.2. Contract Labour Management & Deployment
 Coordinate deployment of contract labour as per production and
departmental requirements.
 Maintain contractor-wise manpower strength and deployment
records.
 Ensure availability of adequate manpower for shifts and
operations.
 Monitor contractor attendance, absenteeism, replacements, and
discipline.
 Verify contractor bills with attendance and deployment records.
Coordinate for contractor documentation:o PF & ESIC records
o Wage registers
o Insurance documents
o Police verification (if applicable)
 Conduct regular audits of contractor compliance and
documentation.
 Coordinate with contractors for smooth manpower operations.
