Job Summary

As a UI/UX & Graphic Design Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and online training sessions on modern UI/UX principles, graphic design, prototyping, branding, and design tools. You will mentor students, guide them through portfolio development, and help them become industry-ready designers.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions.
• Teach UI Design, UX Design, Graphic Design, and Design Thinking.
• Explain design principles using practical examples and real-world case studies.
• Conduct hands-on workshops, assignments, and live projects.
• Train students in industry-standard design tools.
• Guide students in creating professional portfolios and case studies.
• Review assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep course content updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Mentor students for internships and placement preparation.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and design reviews.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve learning materials.
• Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assessments, and project reviews.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
• UI/UX or Graphic Design certifications are an added advantage.

Experience
• 1–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design or Graphic Design.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is preferred.
• Experience working on live client or product-based projects.
