UI Designer Job Description

We are looking for a 4+ years of experience Ux & UI developer

The right candidate should be matched with these requirements:

● Strong UI experience with a graphic attitude towards branding visualizations and interaction

● UX research skills, UX writing skills

● Wireframing and prototyping skills

● Visual communication skills

● Interaction design skills

● Analytical skills

● Essential UX/UI Designer Educational Backgrounds

● Written and oral English proficiency and great communication skills to ensure a positive teamwork across the organization

The following knowledge is considered essential:

● HTML & CSS

● Figma management, responsive design, component nesting, libraries maintenance, easily manage the prototyping function for animated branding interactions

● UI mobile design

● Jira

● Bootstrap

● Responsive Web Design

The following knowledge is considered positively:

● Reactjs

● Mui

● Familiarity with M3 Google material design

● Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator

The right candidate should be matched with these requirements:

▪ Wireframing Tool Figma

▪ Expert with Design Web UI Mock-ups for new screens

▪ UX Vision & Strategy

▪ UX Research & Discovery

▪ UX Discovery Workshops

▪ Focus group sessions

▪ User-cantered design approach, Design Thinking, Low & High-fidelity wireframes, or Prototypes,

▪ Gather and evaluate user requirements, Create process flows, sitemaps, personas, customer journey maps & Information architecture.

Other requirements:

▪ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, etc.

▪ Develop UI mock-ups, prototypes, and interactive designs on xd adobe or any other tool that clearly illustrate how features function and look like with the pros/cons of each option documented.

▪ Able to provide recommendations confidently and follow up with Key Stakeholders for getting the designs signed off.
