Required Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Pega applications, with expertise in case management and BPM solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) are highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Pega Cloud or Pega 8.x.
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and messaging systems.
