About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, responsible, and people-oriented Trip Captain to lead Boketto travel groups and ensure that every trip is smooth, engaging, and memorable. The Trip Captain will be the primary on-ground point of contact for travellers, coordinate with local partners and vendors, manage the group experience, and create a welcoming community throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage Boketto groups during trips while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
· Act as the primary point of contact for travellers before, during, and when required after the trip.
· Welcome travellers, facilitate introductions, and create a friendly and inclusive group environment.
· Brief the group on the itinerary, timings, activities, safety guidelines, and important travel information.
· Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, activity partners, local guides, and other vendors during the trip.
· Ensure that the planned itinerary is executed effectively and communicate any changes or delays clearly to the group.
· Keep track of group movement, attendance, schedules, bookings, and other operational requirements.
· Handle routine on-ground challenges calmly and coordinate with the internal Boketto team for escalations when required.
· Encourage participation in group activities and help create meaningful connections among travellers.
· Capture useful moments, photographs, and videos during trips for internal documentation and social media requirements.
· Collect traveller feedback and share observations with the operations team to improve future trips.
· Represent Boketto’s brand values, service standards, and community-first approach throughout the journey.
What We’re Looking For
· 1–3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, events, group travel, or a customer-facing role.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect easily with different types of travellers.
· Confident personality with the ability to lead groups and take ownership of on-ground situations.
· Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and stakeholders.
· Ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and professional when handling unexpected situations.
· Passion for travel, exploration, adventure, and creating memorable experiences for people.
· Comfort with travelling frequently and working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Basic familiarity with Google Maps, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and everyday communication tools.
· Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
· A proactive, energetic, and responsible approach with strong attention to detail.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
