Yo Tours is looking to hire passionate people to work as Travel Sales and Operations Executive in a very professional environment, since Yo Tours is a highly organized, process driven organization that uses technology to be the market leader.
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work directly with the operation head and founders of Yo Tours
2. Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound and follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
3. Make quotation travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers based on custom request
4. Work with operation team in Hotel booking, visa, insurance, transport bookings and other inclusion in the travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner.
5. Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers, resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer
6. Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
7. Follow the set SLA and guidelines and meet the set target
Qualifications:
1+ Year Experience in holidays and travel industry
Excellent Written and Spoken Communication, Inter-personal and Team working skills
Knowledge of Domestic International Destinations and Creating Itineraries
Must have good convincing ability to close the booking
