The ideal candidate will provide critical care in high-pressure environments, delivering life-saving interventions and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in emergency settings. This role demands clinical expertise, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in emergency medical situations.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and compassionate care during trauma or critical events.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and perform life-saving procedures as needed.
• Monitor patient vitals and react swiftly to any clinical changes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment and technologies.
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions post-emergency treatment.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, documentation standards, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
• License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience.
• Certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
• Preferred: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
• Skills: High-level critical thinking, rapid decision-making, and emotional resilience.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on assignments in different ER environments nationwide.
