Travel Consultant

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
Design and customize domestic & international holiday packages independently.
Prepare quotations and itineraries based on customer requirement and budget.
Manage and strengthen relationships with suppliers, hotels, DMC's, and vendors across destinations.
Guide and support junior team members on itinerary planning and client handling.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
Stay updated on emerging destinations, travel trends, and competitor offerings
Design Holiday Packages with proper Tour Itineraries and update in Website.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
Experience with travel booking portals is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
